Position Information

• Job Title: Project Development Manager (Local Position)
• Work Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
• Primary Area: Public Sector Projects

Core Responsibilities

• Opportunity Development: Seek out and advance new business prospects within the public sector in Turkmenistan, in line with Hyundai Engineering strategic priorities.
• Liaison Activities: Develop and sustain productive relationships with government authorities, ministries, and related organizations.
• Project Support: Work closely with the Branch Director on the implementation of active projects and assist in preparing proposals for upcoming ventures.
• Market Analysis: Monitor and evaluate market conditions, policy changes, and competitor movements.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or above).
• Age: Around 35 years old.
• Languages: Proficiency in Russian, English, and Turkmen, both written and spoken.
• Technical Skills: Competence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Mobility: Readiness to travel domestically and abroad as required.
• Professional Background: Candidates with experience in marketing and/or executing power and energy project are preferred.
