Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with an engineering background to provide technical and administrative support to our Automation & Measuring department. In this role, you will act as a vital link between the technical engineering team and departmental operations, ensuring project timelines are met and technical documentation is maintained to the highest standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, technical specifications, and automation equipment manuals.
• Support the planning and organization of upstream projects, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks for the Senior Engineer.
• Collect and analyze field data from automated systems to create technical reports on system performance and trends.
• Coordinate between cross-functional teams to streamline communication and handle purchase requisitions or service requests for automation hardware.
• Assist in conducting tests and inspections to ensure automated workflows meet safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in the Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum or etc)
• Experience: not required
• Languages: Fluent in English, Russian and Turkmen
