Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

• ES Depginli Adim is expanding its team. We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, supplier communication, procurement documentation, and coordination of purchasing activities for projects in the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, evaluate, and communicate with local and international suppliers
• Request quotations, compare offers, and prepare commercial summaries
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts, and services
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, supplier records, and procurement documentation
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment terms, and technical/commercial conditions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement support for projects
• Track order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of procurement documents with company requirements

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, logistics, economics, or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of Turkmen, Russian, and English — written and spoken
• Experience in the oil & gas, industrial supply, construction, or technical procurement sector is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with technical and commercial documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests at the same time
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
