SITE MANAGER — JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Site Manager (Construction)

Project: Installation of New Executive Villas Building

Location: Hazar, Balkan Province, Turkmenistan

Reports to: Project Manager

Rotation / Schedule: To be confirmed

We are looking for a Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for construction activities on site — managing the workforce and subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule, enforcing the client’s safety and permit requirements, and delivering the work to the specified quality standards within the required completion period.

This is a hands-on site role at an operating oil and gas facility.

You will be the company’s senior representative at the worksite and the daily point of contact for the client’s field services team.

Requirements

Essential

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on building construction projects, including at least 2 years in a Site Manager or Site Superintendent role
• Demonstrated experience delivering a complete building from foundations through to handover
• Working knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel and building MEP installations
• Ability to read and work from architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings
• Competence in progress reporting and site record keeping
• Russian and Turkmen language skills; working English for technical documentation and client correspondence

Preferred

• Experience on oil and gas, industrial or client-operated camp facilities
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
