ES Depginli Adim is seeking a qualified Assistant Inspector to support oil and gas projects in Turkmenistan, assisting senior inspectors and performing basic inspection and NDT activities for fabrication works at onshore and offshore facilities.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Inspector will support Plant/Tank/Welding/Painting (or other relevant) Inspectors during inspection activities, perform basic NDT tasks, support radiography activities, and assist in inspection reporting in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.

Location: Kiyanly, Turkmenistan

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist Plant, Tank, Welding, Painting, or other relevant Inspectors during inspection activities at onshore and offshore locations
• Perform basic NDT work such as MPI, DPI, and UT thickness readings on lineworks and other plant equipment
• Monitor welding activities during fabrication works
• Assist in compilation of inspection reports and documentation
• Assist the Radiographer during radiography activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed/registered with statutory and/or government bodies for industrial radiography application
• ASNT Level I (Radiography) and other NDT certifications, with minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified industrial radiographer for in-service equipment / live plant in the oil & gas industry
• Coating inspection certification such as NACE CCI Level I / IMM Coating Inspector Level II / SSPC PCI Level I / FROSIO Level II (or equivalent) is an advantage
• IRATA Level 1 or 2 certification is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
