Candidate Required Qualifications:

• Higher education in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction cost estimation, preferably on large-scale industrial or EPC projects.
• Experience in preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction materials, labour costs, equipment costs, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimation software; knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Russian and Turkmen.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
