Position Summary

The company is seeking a Marketing and Sales Specialist responsible for promoting the company, its products, and its solutions to new market sectors in Turkmenistan. The position includes public relations, marketing, management of the company’s social media presence, and direct sales activities with industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Promotion of the company, its products, and solutions in new market sectors
• Development and implementation of marketing and PR activities
• Management of the company’s profiles on social networks, primarily LinkedIn
• Preparation and publication of company news and promotional content
• Business trips to local manufacturing plants and industrial facilities
• Presentation of the company, its products, and solutions to potential clients
• Identification of new clients and development of business relationships
• Generation of sales and follow-up on commercial opportunities
• Maintenance of records of clients, meetings, and sales activities

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Turkmen, and Russian (spoken and written)
• Experience in marketing, sales, PR, or business development
• Experience in managing corporate social media accounts, including LinkedIn
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and technical specialists
• Readiness for regular business trips within Turkmenistan

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical education (engineering, automation, electrical, mechanical, oil & gas, or related fields)
• Understanding of basic technical terminology
• Experience in B2B or industrial equipment sales
