Turkmenbashi Refinery announces international tender for supply and replacement of catalysts

Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR), on behalf of the commission for competitive (tender) selection of suppliers (contractors) of goods, works and services for oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan announces an international tender for the supply and provision of services for the replacement of a low-temperature isomerization catalyst of the I-82 brand for the PENEX process and a hydro desulfurization catalyst of the S-100 brand with protective layers of catalysts for the NHT process at the light gasoline isomerization unit of TCOR’s workshop No.4

Parties are invited to the Foreign Economic Relations Department of Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries to:

• submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phones;
• get acquainted with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
• receive a package of tender documents by paying 1,725 US dollars per lot.

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified while submitting a written application.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of publication of the announcement until 17.00 local time.

Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.

Tender proposal must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second - a commercial proposal.
