Turkmenabat International Airport of the Türkmenhowaýollary Agency announces an open tender for the periodic technical maintenance of the airport's video surveillance system

For the provision of services:

Ensure the uninterrupted functionality of the installed video surveillance systems within the complex of Turkmenabat International Airport and provide high-quality and timely technical maintenance. The submission of relevant documents is required.

To participate in the tender, interested parties must provide the following documents:

• Brief information about the company, including its legal status, registration documents, legal address, responsible representative of the company, as well as contact numbers for mobile and office phones.
• Information about the company's previous experience in the specified field.
• Submission of a power of attorney from the responsible representative of the company who will participate in the tender.
• Application submission, including the full name of the participant, legal status, and provision of registration and legal documents of the applicant for participation in the tender. The applicant's representative must attach a copy of their passport. Additionally, a non-refundable application fee of 1000.00 manat (one thousand manat, including VAT) is required for participation in the tender.

Tender proposals should be submitted to the Marketing and Contracts Department of Turkmenabat International Airport at the specified address within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this announcement, from 09:00 to 18:00 local time.

The sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal must be delivered to the address specified below from the date of publication of the announcement. The proposal will be considered after the tender fee has been paid. The tender package should include an electronic version of the information, the main contract terms in Word format, and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
