CNPC Branch in Turkmenistan announces tender for gearbox overhaul

China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch holds the pre-qualification selection to Tender №. CIT-24034-SR on «Overhaul of 3 (three) gearboxes «Flender PF100D» in French workshop for CNPCI Turkmenistan»

Any company who is interested in this tender could apply for tender participation with the following document and information: 

• Application form for participation with bid number and name
• Company brief introduction including company full name, its legal status, the country of registration and requisites and does the company have any branches in Turkmenistan.
• Financial status and audit information in the past three years.
• Provision of official letter from Company concerning the willingness to provide tender bid guarantee in case of participation in given tender. 
• Experience of equipment transportation in Central Asia.
• A cooperation agreement for the repair of the PF100D gearbox from company Flender
• For local Company it is necessary to provide copy certificate of registration in Union of Entrepreneur and Industrialist of Turkmenistan.

Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be prepared in English and Russian languages, and be submitted in book binding format, in sealed stamped packages with the signed cover letter (in quantity of 2 copies and the scanned version of the document also has to be without fail enclosed). Please specify the name of the addressee, sender, number and the name of the tender on cover of package.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
