CNPC Branch in Turkmenistan announces tender
The Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process to tender №.CIT-24075-SR for the capital repair of the flare system at GPP-2, and the repair of the cooling system for circulating water 4400 (1,2) at GPP-2, located within the "Bagtyýarlyk" Contractual Territory, Lebap Province, Turkmenistan.
Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:
- Application for participation in the tender.
- Company profile, business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, and other relevant documents.
- Supporting documents for company registration, licenses, and certificates.
- Confirmation of full authorized capital and audited financial statements for the past three years.
- Supporting documents of results related to the execution of similar projects in the oil and gas industry over the past five years, with at least 2 projects.
- A letter of commitment signed by the legal representative or authorized representative and affixed with the official seal, to promise the company is in situation of no suspending or revoking of the license; not to be under of liquidation procedures, to be declared bankrupt, or to be otherwise incapable of performing contracts.
Deadline for submission of applications within 10 (ten) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.
Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.
