Participation requirements:

• Submit a written application on official company letterhead addressed to the Director of "At-abray", stating your intent to participate. A scanned copy must be sent to the email address below. The application must be signed by an authorized representative, stamped, and include the company’s full legal name, legal status, country of registration, and banking and contact details for the official invitation. (Applications from companies registered in or with bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.)
• The technical specification will be sent to the email address provided in the application.
