The Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan Announces International Tender for Construction of Hydrometeorological Centers

The Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, on behalf of the Commission for Competitive (International Tender) Selection, announces an international tender for the construction of four (4) hydrometeorological centers in the Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary provinces, as well as fifty-two (52) hydrometeorological stations across the country

Lot No.1 – Construction of four (4) hydrometeorological centers in the Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary provinces.

Lot No.2 – Construction of fifty-two (52) hydrometeorological stations throughout the country.

To participate in the international tender, applicants must:

• Submit an application for participation in the international tender, indicating the full name of the applicant, its legal status, country of registration, contact details, and information on membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan;
• Familiarize themselves with the procedures for conducting the international tender for the selection of contractors for the design and construction works on behalf of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan;
• Obtain the international tender documentation package upon payment for each lot;
• Obtain the lot specification and technical requirements.

Tender proposal packages will be considered only after the corresponding payments have been received into the designated account.

Applications for participation in the international tender will be accepted at the following address from 09:00 to 18:00 local time: 92 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat, Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan.

The deadline for submission of international tender proposals for all lots is July 15, 2025, from the date of publication of this announcement in the newspaper.
