Turkmenistan's Ministry of Railway Transport Announces Tender for Railway Corridor Modernization Feasibility Study

The Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan announces an international open tender No.TDYUM-001 for the development of a feasibility study for the modernization of the Ashgabat-Turkmenbashi railway corridor

To participate in the tender, prospective bidders must submit the following documents to the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan:

• Letter of Intent stating the full legal name of the applicant, organizational-legal form, registered address, and banking details
• Certified copies of registration and incorporation documents
• Power of Attorney and copy of passport for the authorized representative
• To obtain the Terms of Reference (ToR) and complete tender documentation package

The tender documentation fee and wire transfer account details will be provided upon submission of a written application.

Tender proposals will be accepted for consideration only after payment has been received in the Ministry's account.

Note:

• Tender documents from companies registered or maintaining bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will NOT be accepted for consideration
• Preference will be given to specialized companies with demonstrated experience in implementing similar projects.

Tender proposals must be submitted separately in two packages (Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal) to the address below from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time daily at Office 910, Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan (9th Floor).

The deadline for submission of tender proposals is 30 (thirty) business days from the date of publication of the announcement in “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
