Gyzylarbat District Administration Announces a Tender for the Construction of Residential Houses

The Gyzylarbat District Administration invites bids for the selection of contractors for the construction of single-storey residential houses (4- and 5-room), to be built for citizens through bank financing, located within Residential Complexes No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the city of Gyzylarbat, in the North-Eastern Microdistrict (Residential Complex No. 1), as well as in the settlement of Janahyr

Local enterprises and organizations registered in accordance with the established procedure in Turkmenistan are invited to participate, regardless of their form of ownership.

Tender Eligibility Requirements:

• A written application for participation stating the full name of the applicant, its legal status, and state registration details in Turkmenistan.
• Information on construction projects completed by the organization within Turkmenistan over the past 3 years.
• Details of the company's material and technical resources.
• For private enterprises — a valid certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Tender proposals are accepted daily from 09:00 to 18:00 until April 10, 2026.
