Balkan Province Administration Announces a Tender for Major Overhaul of Heating Boiler Houses in Balkan Province

The Balkan Province Administration announces a tender for the selection of a contractor among local construction organizations to carry out major repairs of heat pipelines of heating boiler houses and heating boiler house No.73, under the jurisdiction of the Heat Supply Department of Turkmenbashi City, part of the Communal Services Association of Balkan Province

Local enterprises and organizations of any ownership form, registered in Turkmenistan in accordance with the established procedure, are invited to participate.

Required documents:

• Written application for participation indicating the full name of the applicant;
• Information on the company's material and technical resources;
• For private enterprises — certificate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Tender submissions are accepted daily from 9:00 to 18:00 until May 18, 2026.
