Turkmenabat International Airport Announces International Tender for Procurement of Milestone Video Surveillance Software

Turkmenabat International Airport, operating under the State Agency Türkmenhowaýollary, hereby announces an open international tender for the procurement of Milestone software for its video surveillance system

Subject of Procurement

Milestone video surveillance software.

All applicants must submit the following:

• Brief company profile, including legal status, registration documents, and registered address
• Details of the authorized company representative, including full name, mobile and office phone numbers
• Information on relevant experience in this field
• Power of attorney for the representative
• A formal application for participation stating the applicant's full legal name, status, and banking details, accompanied by the company's registration and founding documents, a power of attorney, and a copy of the representative's passport

The tender is open to companies, private enterprises, and individual entrepreneurs. All participants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee. Bank account details will be provided upon submission of a written application.

Tender proposals are accepted for 30 calendar days from the date of this announcement, daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.

Documents must be submitted to the Marketing and Contracts Department of Turkmenabat International Airport. The complete tender proposal, duly stamped and signed, must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the address below. Proposals will only be reviewed after confirmation of the participation fee payment.

Each tender submission must include an electronic copy of all documents, the draft contract terms in Word format, and the technical and commercial specifications in Excel format.
