Balkan Province Administration Announces International Tender for Technical Audit of Desalination Facilities in Avaza and Turkmenbashi

The Balkan Province Administration announces an international tender for conducting a comprehensive technical audit aimed at increasing the production capacity of a seawater desalination plant with a capacity of 35,000 cubic meters per day located in the Avaza National Tourist Zone of Balkan Province, as well as a seawater desalination plant with a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters per day located in Turkmenbashi district

Local enterprises and organizations of any ownership form, registered in Turkmenistan in accordance with the established procedure, are invited to participate.

Required documents:

• Submit a written application for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, and information on its official registration in Turkmenistan;
• Provide information on projects implemented over the past 3 years;
• Provide information on the material and technical base and specialists of the enterprise/organization;
• Local companies must submit a certificate (confirmation) from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Tender proposals are accepted at the Balkan Province Administration building.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of the tender announcement in the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan", but no later than the 30^th working day.
