CNPC Turkmenistan Branch Announces Tender for Tubing Leak Detection and Inspection Services

CNPC International Ltd. Turkmenistan Branch announces Tender No.CIT-26019-SR for the provision of gas leak detection services in tubing coupling connections and inspection of tubing defects during downhole operations in 2026–2029 at the Bagtyýarlyk Contract Area.

These services will mainly be applied during running of tubing strings with downhole completion equipment at the drilling rig.

The Contractor shall provide the required equipment package, base camp, qualified personnel, and helium-based tools for detecting gas leaks in tubing coupling connections.

The Contractor shall also perform non-destructive tubing inspection works at gas fields with high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and carbon dioxide (CO₂).

Any company interested in this tender to be invited to do the following:

• To submit an application about the intention to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details;
• To receive an invoice for the payment for receiving Tender package (ITB). The account for the transfer of funds will be indicated after submitting the application.
• To get the ITB package from the Company, Bidder’s personnel, must present his/her ID/Passport, letter of attorney and the remittance slip.

Deadline for submission of applications within 7 (seven) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The application received after the deadline will not be accepted.
