The new trade and entertainment center Arkaç, featuring a business center and an underground parking lot, opened on Sunday on Magtymguly Avenue in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan.
According to Turkmenistan's official media, the opening ceremony of the new shopping center was attended by numerous guests who enjoyed musical performances organized in the square in front of the newly built complex.
The Arkaç trade and entertainment center, occupying an area of 4.7 hectares, consists of several multi-level buildings with the main three-story structure in the center. This complex was constructed by Ussat company specialists using the latest engineering developments and environmentally friendly materials.
Covering an area of over 55 thousand square meters, various facilities are located, including a supermarket with a wide range of goods and services, gaming zones, cinemas, a children's entertainment center with arcade machines, a fitness center, as well as restaurants, cafes, and a banquet hall.
Adjacent to the central building is a new 12-story business center with a total area of over 25 thousand square meters.
After the official opening ceremony of the Arkaç TEC, a traditional Iftar Sadaka was given.
