The International Exhibition of Modern Food Production Technologies, Agro Pack Turkmenistan 2024, opened on Wednesday at the Expo Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, located in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov warmly congratulated the participants of the International Exhibition of Modern Food Production Technologies.
“This exhibition is intended to showcase achievements in addressing one of the most pressing issues – food security – and at the same time serves as further evidence of our reliable economic base, which ensures a stable supply of food products to the population, saturates the domestic market, and systematically supports these processes,” noted the Head of State in his congratulatory message.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that this exhibition will significantly help strengthen international partnerships in the exchange of advanced food production technologies, attract investments in program projects, and develop methods for creating and implementing a reliable system in this field.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by members of the government, leaders and representatives of the Halk Maslahaty, the Mejlis (Parliament), ministries and departments, the accredited diplomatic corps in Turkmenistan, public organizations, and the media.
At this international exhibition, together with foreign companies in the relevant industries, many entrepreneurs and companies from Turkmenistan, working in these fields, will present their services, products, and equipment for food production, packaging products and equipment, food products and additives, bakery technologies, grain storage and milling systems, greenhouses, horticulture and forestry, poultry and livestock equipment, agricultural products, seeds and fertilizers, and irrigation systems.
This exhibition, held in the Exhibition Hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, will run until May 17.
