A festive reception dedicated to the national cuisine of the Turkmen people was held on July 26, 2025, at the Turkmenistan National Pavilion during the World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan.
According to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan, the event was held under the theme Turkmen Dastarkhan.
Guests were treated to a tasting of traditional dishes, including national pastries, plov, and dograma.
A day earlier, on July 25, the Turkmen-Japanese Business Forum took place at the Turkmenistan Pavilion at EXPO-2025 in Osaka.
