The park is located on the capital's Magtymguly Avenue. A landscaped garden with flower gardens and miniature replicas of Tashkent sights have been erected on a territory of about three hectares, the Press Service of the President of Uzbekistan reports.

The Presidents familiarized themselves with conditions created at the new park and planted trees as a sign of good intentions.

The opening ceremony was attended by official delegations of the two countries, representatives of public in Ashgabat and young people.

In 2018, the Ashgabat park was opened in Tashkent as a sign of friendship and brotherhood between people of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
