Livestock breeders in Turkmenistan’s eastern province of Lebap have raised 74 thousand 708 lambs since January, the official Turkmen media reported on Thursday.
Serdar (Charjev district), Garagum (Halach district), and Jeyhun (Sayat district) farms were the first to realize their plans to raise sheep and lambs.
Tallymerjen (Khojambaz district) and Koytendag (Koytendag district) livestock farms also contributed to the high results.
Lebap province’s camel breeding farms successfully implemented the plan this season, raising 467 camels.
As reported in the news, the calves are nursed back to health by veterinarians.
