Saturday Export Trades in Turkmen Commodity Exchange Surpass $22.5 Million
Trades at the SCRMET, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Saturday trades registered deals on the procurement of low-sulfur fuel oil worth $22.665 million. 

Businesses from the UAE and Malta bought 60 thousand tons of low-sulfur fuel oil at $377.75 per ton, according to the SCRMET.

The Turkmen businessmen bought 20 thousand tons of bentonite powder at a price of 1.575 thousand manats per ton. The total sum of the deals amounted to 31.5 thousand manats. 

Products sold at SCRMET trades were produced at enterprises of Türkmennebit state concern.

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded at SCRMET auctions in foreign currency made up $78.89 million.
