The Oguzabat Economic Society has exported 749.9 tons of high quality coke products to Turkey through the polypropylene terminal of Turkmenıstan’s Turkmenbashi seaport by order of Bestway Company.
In addition, 1,350 tons of polypropylene products were exported to the Astrakhan region of Russia under the order of Kazakhstan's Korsintez Company, Turkmenbashi International Seaport said in its Tuesday press release.
All necessary conditions have been created at the polypropylene terminal to protect polypropylene from damage by natural conditions, and port cranes operating on iron rails carry out loading and unloading of 3 vessels with a carrying capacity of up to 5,000 tons simultaneously, according to the statement.
The polypropylene terminal of Turkmenbashi seaport has a total area of 62 thousand square meters and a capacity of 120 thousand tons per year.
