Eni Turkmenistan Limited (ETL) is a Bronze Partner of the XXVIII International Conference and Exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan-2023" (OGT 2023), which will be held on October 25-27 in Ashgabat.
Eni Turkmenistan Limited (ETL) is a global energy company providing a wide range of services, from gas and oil production and exploration to assistance in co-generating electricity and renewable energy.
Since 2008, ETL has operated under a production sharing agreement (PSA) in the Nebit-Dag area in western Turkmenistan. Total oil production is over 19.5 million tons (over 142 million barrels), and over US$2.4 billion has been invested in oil production. ETL plans to invest more than US$80 million in 2024. ETL adheres to the highest standards of health, safety and environmental protection.
The company is also implementing a long-term Carbon Neutral programme to reduce the overall impact of its operations in Turkmenistan on greenhouse gas emissions. ETL actively engages in staff development and encourages local content. Over 95 percent of Eni Turkmenistan, composed of around 900 employees, are national staff. The company trains its Turkmen employees and annually selects Turkmen students to study at higher education institutions in Italy.

The organisers of the International Conference and the exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan" (OGT 2023) are the State Concerns Turkmengaz (Turkmen Gas), Turkmennebit (Turkmen Oil), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and the State Corporation Turkmengeologiya (Turkmen Geology), in partnership with the Turkmen Forum, with the support of the British company GaffneyCline.
