Turkmenistan Expands Natural Gas Reserves with Two New Inflows
Natural Gas Exploration Group launches a new commercial natural gas flow in Turkmenistan.

The gas workers of Türkmengazburawlaýyş (Turkmen Gas Drilling) management have successfully obtained a new commercial natural gas inflow at production gas well No. 29 in the Tagtabazar natural gas field. Similarly, the specialists of the Marynebitgazgözleg (Mary Oil and Gas exploration) expedition, under the Türkmegeologiýa (Turkmen Geology) State Corporation, have achieved a new commercial natural gas inflow at production gas well No. 312 in the Galkynyş natural gas field.

The gas workers of the Türkmengazburawlaýyş (Turkmen Gas Drilling)  department successfully drilled gas well No. 29, reaching a depth of 1,940 meters, the official Turkmen media reports.

According to experts' calculations, 226.4 thousand cubic metres of natural gas is produced from the corresponding well of the Tagtabazar gas field every day.

The specialists from the Marynebitgazgözleg (Mary Oil and Gas exploration) expedition have drilled production well No. 312 at the Galkynyş gas field, reaching a depth of 4,590 meters.

Experts estimate that more than 1 million 700 thousand cubic metres of natural gas is extracted from the well at the Galkynyş field daily.

As reported, the drilling and construction of well No. 312 at the Galkynyş gas field involved using saddle and tubing pipes, tubing fittings, and Sumitomo column heads specifically designed to match the field's geological and technological characteristics. Additionally, the drilling and construction team utilized high-tech equipment from renowned American companies.
