Serdar cotton spinning factory under the Ministry of Textile Industry, located in Turkmenistan’s northern region of Dashoguz, produced a total of 1,378 tons in 2023.
As reported by Daşoguz habarlary regional newspaper on Thursday, the factory's output also included 518 tons of furniture cotton and 340 tons of purified cotton waste, resulting in a total value of approximately 33 million manat for the finished products in 2023.
The factory, equipped with three production workshops, currently employs over 180 workers and specialists.
Serdar cotton spinning factory has been one of the pioneering establishments in Turkmenistan's industrial sector since the early years of independence. Over the years, it has consistently processed cotton and manufactured a diverse range of high-quality products.
