Specialists from the Nebitdag Drilling Administration of the Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust under the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern recently obtained a new industrial oil inflow from well 1841 at the East Goturdepe oil field in Turkmenistan's western region.
As reported in the Balkan newspaper on Thursday, the drilling team managed to achieve a new oil inflow from a depth of 1412-1418 meters in a well with a depth of 1700 meters.
After conducting preventive maintenance, the Nebitdag Drilling Administration specialists launched the first oil well of this year and handed it over to the experts from Goturdepenebit oil and gas production administration.
According to the senior geologist at the administration, Yazgylych Kurrukov, modern drilling equipment allows reaching oil reserves located in deeper layers.
Specialists from the Nebitdag Drilling Administration of the Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust under the Türkmennebit SC are operating at oil and gas fields such as Uzynada, Guyjyk, Altuguyy, Nebitdag, Barsagelmez, and Goturdepe in Balkan province.
