Turkmenistan's President Expresses Condolences Over Attack in Russia

Turkmenistan's President Serdar Berdimuhamedov conveyed heartfelt condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin following the armed assault and explosion at the Crocus City Hall concert venue in Krasnogorsk, resulting in numerous casualties and injuries, Turkmenistan's official media reported on Friday.

"In the face of any manifestation of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan fully supports the global community's efforts to combat and eradicate this evil," stated the Head of State in his message.

During this challenging time, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as personally, the President extended words of sympathy and support to all the relatives and loved ones of the deceased, along with wishes for the swift recovery of the injured.

As per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the country strongly denounces the terrorist act that occurred on March 22, 2024, at the Crocus City Hall concert venue in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Oblast.

The armed assault and explosion at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk resulted in the loss of 60 lives and over 100 injuries, as reported by TASS, citing the Investigative Committee of Russia.
