The Balkandokma Closed Joint-Stock Company, located in the city of Gyzylarbat in the Balkan province, produced 1,030 tons of high-quality yarn from January to March of the current year.
As reported by Turkmenistan's official media on Monday, this complex, which holds an important position among the high-productivity enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan, is equipped with modern technologies and advanced equipment.
The environmentally friendly, competitive, and high-quality yarn produced here is in high demand not only in Turkmenistan but also in international markets.
The annual production capacity of Balkandokma is aimed at producing 11 thousand tons of cotton yarn from 13 thousand tons of cotton fiber.
The Balkandokma CJSC, which produces yarn from cotton grown in various regions, was commissioned in 2004.
