The Second International Caspian Digital Forum will be held in November 2024 in Dagestan, TASS reports.
Participation of all Caspian region states is planned.
“We invited representatives of all Caspian region states - Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan,” TASS quotes the Minister of Digital Development of the region Yuri Gamzatov as saying.
It is noted that the participants of the event will discuss promising areas of transport, logistics, ecology, and tourism.
“Against the background of ongoing processes, it is important to focus on specific areas that are not only of regional but also of international importance. In this regard, the main topic of the forum will be devoted to the development of the North-South international transport corridor using digitalization,” TASS quotes Abdulmuslimov as saying.
More than 600 people took part in the work of the first International Caspian Digital Forum in Dagestan. Over the course of three days, they discussed issues related to the development of a regulatory framework, the availability of technological and technical capabilities for the successful integration of a digitalization project.
