Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Atajan Movlamov, held a meeting with Pakistan's Federal Minister of Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, in Islamabad last Wednesday. During the meeting, the two sides emphasized the importance of active involvement in expanding cooperation between the two countries in bilateral and transit trade.
According to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Pakistan, both parties also discussed the practical implementation of previously reached agreements.
The discussion focused on finalizing key agreements and exploring new avenues for future cooperation.
On July 24, 2024, Turkmenistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov and Pakistan’s Federal Minister of Petroleum, Musadik Masood Malik, reviewed Turkmen-Pakistani cooperation in the fuel and energy sector.
