Turkmenistan Lists 29 State Properties for Auction

The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has announced an auction for the sale of 29 state properties.

On Wednesday, the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan published the list of state assets available for privatization. The auction is set for March 26, 2025, on the digital platform for state property trading and through the mobile application of this platform.

The auction will feature several significant assets, including a shopping center in the Balkan region, a meat products department in Serhetabat in the Mary region, a livestock and poultry farm in the Lebap region, and a pipe factory in the Dashoguz region.

Additionally, the auction will include service industry properties, such as shops, cafes, canteens, administrative buildings, and production facilities.

Citizens of Turkmenistan and foreign nationals, as well as non-state legal entities from Turkmenistan and other countries, can participate in the auction according to established legislation.

The Department of Property Relations and Entrepreneurship Support of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, along with relevant departments in the regions and Ashgabat, will provide consultations about the participation process and additional information regarding the privatization assets.

All auction participants will have the opportunity to review information about the privatization assets in advance. The sale of state properties will proceed with all obligations.
