The total balance of loans extended by financial institutions in Turkmenistan to businesses, organizations, and individuals in the national currency reached 92 billion 917.2 million manats as of November 1, 2025, up from 90 billion 645.88 million manats recorded on November 1, 2024, according to Bank habarlary, the electronic journal published by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan.
The balance of loans allocated to state institutions and enterprises amounted to 45 billion 9 million manats as of November 1, 2025, compared with 52 billion 313 million manats a year earlier.
Data show that the total balance of loans provided to the private sector in the national currency reached 17 billion 844 million manats as of November 1, 2025, up from 14 billion 137 million manats a year before.
The total balance of loans extended to individuals and entrepreneurs operating without legal entities during the reporting period amounted to 30 billion 64 million manats, up from 24 billion 196 million manats on November 1, 2024.
