A Turkmen delegation will take part in the BELAGRO 2026 international exhibition, which will be held in Minsk from June 2 to June 6. The issue was discussed during a meeting between Turkmenistan’s Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for Agriculture Tangryguly Atahallyyev and Belarus’ Ambassador to Turkmenistan Stanislav Chepurny, held Thursday in Ashgabat.
The sides confirmed mutual interest in expanding cooperation between specialized agricultural research institutions, including in veterinary science, seed production and livestock breeding. The Embassy of Belarus in Turkmenistan reported.
The BELAGRO exhibition is the largest platform for showcasing achievements of the agro-industrial sector, including modern technologies, advanced machinery, and developments in crop production, livestock farming, fish farming, processing and the food industry.
Specialists from various countries attend the exhibition to review advanced agricultural development methods, processing, packaging and storage technologies, as well as a wide range of agricultural machinery.
