Turkmenistan Airlines has temporarily suspended flights on the Ashgabat–Dubai–Ashgabat and Ashgabat–Jeddah–Ashgabat routes from March 2-4, 2026.
The airline said the decision was taken due to airspace restrictions imposed by the Islamic Republic of Iran and following a risk assessment conducted to ensure flight safety.
Passengers may request a full refund without penalties or change their travel dates to the nearest available dates free of charge.
The airline advised passengers to contact the point of purchase or Turkmenistan Airlines offices to arrange refunds or rebookings.
Tickets purchased via the airline’s official website or online platforms will be refunded to the bank card used for payment, according to the statement.
