Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Atagulyyev on Friday reported at a regular government meeting on work being carried out to ensure Turkmenistan’s participation at a high level in the specialized World Expo 2027, which will be held in Belgrade, Serbia.
According to Turkmenistan’s official media, preparations for the upcoming exhibition, held under the theme “Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All,” include construction, installation, equipping, and design of the country’s national pavilion.
Atagulyyev said the country will participate under the motto “Turkmenistan – Melody of Peace, Land of Health.” He presented a corresponding proposal to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for consideration.
The president noted that Turkmenistan regularly participates in major international events, contributing to the development of trade and economic relations with foreign countries. Approving the proposal, he instructed the deputy prime minister to carry out the necessary work.
Several other important state issues were also considered at the meeting, and corresponding decisions were adopted.
