Turkmenistan has launched the Milli ÝJH mobile application to enable digital payments for natural gas, according to the Nebit-Gaz newspaper on Tuesday.
A Settlement Center system was developed by Ynamly Belentlik at the central office of the Türkmengazüpjünçilik association. The system is connected to the internet network across gas supply centers, including Aşgabatgaz, Arkadagşähergaz and regional gas supply departments.
Consumers across Turkmenistan can now pay for natural gas via the Türkmengazüpjünçilik website and through the Milli ÝJH mobile app.
The Türkmengazüpjünçilik portal also offers services such as gas meter installation, repair and maintenance of gas equipment, and the ability to request a specialist for technical inspections of pipelines and related systems.
