Export deals worth $306.867 million were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) on Thursday, the exchange reported.
Entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan purchased SN-600 base oil, while buyers from Afghanistan and the UAE acquired AI-92 gasoline. All products sold at the exchange were produced by the state concern Turkmennebit.
Business representatives from Georgia, Afghanistan, and Uzbekistan bought TPP D 30 S polypropylene from Turkmennebit. Entrepreneurs from Singapore purchased B-grade urea from the state concern Turkmenhimiya, and buyers from Azerbaijan acquired cotton yarn from local producers.
Local entrepreneurs signed contracts to purchase TPP D 30 S polypropylene produced by Turkmennebit for 120 million manats.
A total of 11 transactions were concluded during Thursday’s SCRMET trading session.
