Turkmen fashion designers are invited to participate in the fourth international festival «Свята льну. Роднае моднае» (Svyata Lnu. Rodnaye Modnaye), scheduled for June 26–28, 2026, in Minsk, the Embassy of Belarus in Turkmenistan reported Wednesday.
The main events are scheduled for June 27–28 in the historic Upper Town district. The program includes a fashion design competition in three categories: author collections, ethno collections and industrial collections.
The festival will also feature art contests and fashion shows, professional seminars for industry representatives, and events focused on workforce training for the light industry sector.
The project aims to develop and promote new and existing brands using modern technologies and national heritage.
The festival was first held in Minsk at Dinamo Stadium in 2023. From 2023 to 2025, more than 100 collections by designers and companies from Turkmenistan, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Türkiye, Iran and Nigeria took part in competitions and brand showcases.
