Syyahatchy has introduced in Ashgabat a digital platform for the direct online purchase of tickets from Belarusian airline Belavia, a company representative told Business Turkmenistan on Wednesday on the sidelines of the Turkmen Travel 2026 international exhibition.
The updated TurkmenTourist mobile application allows users to independently book Belavia tickets, including routes with transit through Minsk, without the need to visit ticket offices or use intermediaries.
The integration of services from Turkmenistan’s national carrier Turkmenhowaýollary and the Belarusian airline creates a unified digital space for booking. Users can select routes, purchase tickets and manage their trips within a single interface.
The application supports payments with Altyn Asyr bank cards and other local banks when purchasing Turkmenhovayollary tickets, as well as international payment systems Mastercard and Visa for Belavia tickets.
The platform also offers hotel bookings worldwide, customized tour arrangements and visa support. Additional services include medical tourism and assistance from professional guides.
The TurkmenTourist app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
