Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan Mergen Gurdov held a meeting with Georgian Ambassador to Turkmenistan Konstantin Sabiashvili, President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Giorgi Pertaia, and Director of the Department of Business and Regional Development Giorgi Vekua. The sides expressed interest in organizing exhibitions and business forums, highlighting the importance of expanding cooperation in this area.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan reported Wednesday that participants discussed ways to expand bilateral trade and economic cooperation, strengthen business ties, and implement new joint projects.
The talks also included an exchange of views on developing cooperation in the textile industry and logistics sector.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the sides noted broad opportunities for further development of cooperation between the two countries.
