The business enterprise Ýigit held meetings with representatives of Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Lidl, Aldi, and Sainsbury’s as part of a business visit by Turkmen entrepreneurs to the United Kingdom. During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for supplying Turkmen products to the UK market, the requirements of international retail chains, and opportunities for long-term cooperation.
According to the organizers on Wednesday, following the negotiations between Ýigit and the British companies, the parties reached preliminary agreements that are currently being developed in detail.
As part of the business visit, the company Takyk Abzal also signed memorandums of cooperation with UK-based Somer Industrial Projects, which operates in the oil and gas sector, as well as with the Chartered Institute of Professional Certifications.
In addition, during the visit, the Turkmen company ALSAT signed memorandums of cooperation with the London branch of the Singapore-based venture fund BTFV and the Croatian company Consulio.
The agreements reached by Turkmen companies and the establishment of new business ties represent an important step in expanding their international presence and strengthening their positions in foreign markets.
