Deryageldi Orazov, chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan, met with Mikayil Jabbarov, Azerbaijan’s minister of economy, in Baku on Tuesday. The sides discussed expanding economic cooperation between the two countries.
During the talks, the main focus was placed on developing cooperation in investment, transport, logistics and transit, Mikayil Jabbarov said on social media.
The sides also discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in trade and energy, as well as in other areas of mutual interest.
The Turkmen delegation arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in the World Urban Forum.
