Turkmen Textile Expo to Host Fashion Shows of International Designers

International fashion shows featuring designers and fashion houses from Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia will become one of the key events of the Turkmen Textile Expo 2026, which will take place in Ashgabat from June 4 to 6, the event organizers announced this.

On June 4 and 5, the fashion shows will feature new collections from designers representing France, Morocco, Oman, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, and Turkmenistan.

Among the foreign participants are French designer Romuald Bertrand and the fashion house "Maison Claude Patrick," Moroccan designer Wafaa Idrissi (Wafaa Idrissi Haute Couture), Omani fashion house Yoland Fashion House, Kyrgyz designer Nurzat Zheenbek, Uzbek designers Dilovar Mirzaev and Madinabonu Ergashova, as well as the Russian brand SOLOVE, founded by Olga Kadeykina.

The national brands Goç Ýigit, Gulyaka Lybaslary, Emine Bridal, Däp, Peýkam, along with designers Abat Muhammetniýazowa, Seýrangledi Berdiýew, Anna Kor, and several other representatives of the domestic fashion industry will represent Turkmenistan.

The exhibition program also includes the participation of famous figures from the global fashion sector. Carlo D'Amario, CEO of the British fashion house Vivienne Westwood, and Marzio Nocera, founder of the Italian television channel Fashion Channel Italy, will attend the event as special guests. Fashion Channel Italy has earned widespread recognition for broadcasting the world’s largest fashion industry events, including Milan Fashion Week and Paris Fashion eek.

Turkmen Textile Expo 2026 will bring together textile industry representatives, equipment manufacturers, designers, and international experts. The exhibition schedule features industry seminars focusing on key areas such as sustainable development, product certification, and global market requirements, alongside production tours to leading textile enterprises in Turkmenistan. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will host the exhibition.
