Uzynada Field Launches New Oil and Gas Condensate Processing Unit

The Uzynada oil and gas field in the Balkan velayat has commissioned a new facility for separating and transporting natural gas and oil condensate. The facility was built by specialists from the Specialized Installation Department of the “Nebitgazchygarish” trust, according to the newspaper Nebit-Gaz.

The new unit has reduced pipeline back pressure and boosted well productivity, enabling an additional average oil output of 250 tons.

The facility processes up to 3 million cubic meters of natural gas and up to 2,000 tons of oil condensate mixture per day. The separated gas is transported through a newly built 32.3-kilometer pipeline to the Barsagelmez field, where it supplies gas lift wells with high-pressure gas. Future plans include integrating the system into ring main pipelines and redirecting flows to the “Korpedzhe” gas compression station.

Production expansion efforts continue at the Uzynada field. Earlier this year, a new well was brought into operation, producing 91.7 cubic meters of oil and gas condensate per day. Drilling is ongoing at several additional wells.
