DUX Middle East (FZC) LLC, a company registered in Oman, has expressed interest in petroleum products produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, according to the Turkmenistan’s Embassy in Saudi Arabia on Thursday.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, concurrently accredited to the Sultanate of Oman Muhammetgeldi Ayazov on August 13 received Rasul Guliaev, Chairman and executive director of DUX Middle East (FZC) LLC. During the meeting, Guliaev briefed the Ambassador on the company’s activities and expressed specific interest in the refinery production of the Turkmenbashi complex.
Ambassador Ayazov told Guliaev about the 31st International Conference and Exhibition “Turkmenistan’s Oil and Gas – OGT 2026,” which will be held Oct. 21–23 in Ashgabat, and invited him to participate in the industry forum.
OGT 2026 will bring together representatives of government agencies, energy companies, investors and international organizations to discuss investment opportunities, innovative technologies and strengthening international cooperation in the energy sector.
