Shabat District Poultry Farm Produces About 2.5 Million Eggs Monthly

A poultry farm operated by Bagtyýar gurluşyk economic society in the Altyn Ýol settlement of Shabat district, Dashoguz province, produces about 85,000 eggs a day, or nearly 2.5 million a month, the newspaper Türkmenistan reported Saturday.

The farm packages the eggs in special containers and supplies them to retail outlets and regular customers with which it has business ties. The farm also completed its July 2026 production target ahead of schedule.

The poultry farm has capacity for 100,000 chickens and covers 6.5 hectares. Its facilities include two poultry houses, each with a capacity of 50,000 birds.

The farm is equipped with machinery for producing compound feed to improve productivity. Modern technologies and equipment, along with work practices that meet current requirements, have helped increase production.

The farm is implementing measures to improve operations, increase production and raise product quality. Sixteen workers and specialists are employed at the facility.
